Just like real life, your Zois in InZOI can catch nasty colds that spread like wildfire. Nothing ruins a perfect virtual life faster than a household full of coughing, miserable Zois. The good news? Curing sickness is surprisingly simple once you know where to find medicine. Here’s everything you need to know to keep your Zois healthy and happy.

How Sickness Works in InZOI
Zois become more vulnerable to illness during cold weather, and once one gets sick, it spreads rapidly through your household. Sick Zois cough constantly, annoy their housemates, and perform poorly at work or school. Left untreated too long, illnesses can even become fatal – so don’t ignore those sniffles!
Finding Medicine in Your Home
Every premade house comes with at least one First Aid Kit containing unlimited cold medicine. To use it:
- Locate the First Aid Kit (usually in bathrooms or kitchens)
- Click on it with your sick Zoi selected
- Choose “Take Cold Medicine”
Your Zoi will sparkle, signaling a full recovery. No doctor visits required!

Buying Additional First Aid Kits
For larger households or frequent illnesses:
- Open Build Mode (B key)
- Search “First Aid Kit”
- Purchase for 100 Meows
Place kits in multiple rooms for convenience. Pro tip: Use public venue kits at workplaces to save money!
Making Money for Medicine
Short on Meows? Try these options:
- Use the Money Cheat button for instant cash
- Have Zois work jobs (find medicine at workplaces too!)
- Sell unwanted furniture in Build Mode
