The Cheapest 12GB GPU Now Comes from Intel
Newegg has discounted two Intel Arc B580 graphics cards to $289.99 after promotional codes. The ASRock Challenger and the white ONIX LUMI models are both listed for $309.99 before the $20 discounts. Both cards are sold and shipped directly by Newegg, offering a reliable purchase option compared to third-party marketplace listings.
The ASRock Challenger is a black dual-fan card measuring 249 mm long and occupying two slots. The ONIX LUMI uses a white cooler with ARGB lighting and measures 260 mm long. Both cards use the Arc B580 GPU with 20 Xe cores, a 2,740 MHz clock, and 12GB of GDDR6 memory connected through a 192-bit interface.
The Cheapest Direct-Retail 12GB Card
At $289.99, the Arc B580 is currently the cheapest new 12GB graphics card we found sold directly by a major US retailer. For context:
- GeForce RTX 3060 12GB listings at Best Buy start at around $350.
- Radeon RX 7700 XT cards are generally listed above $300.
- GeForce RTX 4070, RTX 5070, and Radeon RX 9070 GRE cost significantly more.
Some third-party marketplace sellers list the RTX 3060 12GB below $290. However, these offers are not sold directly by Newegg or Best Buy, and seller conditions and warranty support may differ. The Arc B580 promotion is therefore the lowest direct-retail offer rather than the lowest listing across every marketplace seller.

Not the Best Price Ever
It’s important to note that this is not a strong Arc B580 price compared with previous deals. Intel launched the card in December 2024 with a starting price of $249, meaning the discounted cards remain $41 above the official entry price. Arc B580 models were also available near $239 during Intel Gamer Days 2025, when qualifying purchases included a digital copy of Battlefield 6.
Still, for buyers who need a 12GB GPU right now and prefer buying from a major retailer, the current Newegg deal offers a reasonable entry point into Intel’s Arc ecosystem.
