The leaked footage, which runs for approximately four minutes and 38 seconds, is reportedly the 16th major leak from Cyberleek and is titled “Prologue Part 1.” Unlike previous clips that focused on protagonist Jason wandering through Vice City, this leak centers squarely on Lucia, the game’s female lead.
The clip begins with Lucia staring out of a prison window, flashing back to events that occurred nine months earlier. The flashback shows Lucia in a diner, broke and without money, eyeing a money exchange store with clear intent to rob it. After being asked to close her tab by a waitress, Lucia shrugs off the argument, revealing she has no money. The flashback then cuts back to the present, where Lucia is in a Leonida state correctional facility.
The video then follows Lucia as she moves through the prison, interacting with other characters. A task window prompts the player to “Approach a cellmate to interact with them,” leading to an interaction with a character named Yolanda. Lucia is later escorted by a guard named Co Wilson to a “Social Room,” where she interacts with several NPCs before being taken to the Counselor’s Room.
In a message overlaid on the leaked footage, Cyberleek claims: “This build is actually recent, and the game is not ready at all.” The leaker also made unverified allegations about Rockstar’s development practices, claiming the “work required to reach gold is way too much for so little time left.”
