Palworld Update today for Xbox v0.2.0.6 will resolve the issue where the players are unable to place the eggs in the incubator. Now Players have started facing another issue after Palworld updates Xbox, As per the official confirmation tweet by Palworld.
In the Xbox version v0.2.0.6 that was released today, we have confirmed an issue where multiplayer player save data is not being loaded correctly when multiplayer save data from an older version is loaded.

Players are facing issues where multiplayer player save data is not being loaded correctly when multiplayer save data from an older version is loaded.
Palworld apologizes to players for the inconvenience, but this issue is still being investigated by the Palworld development team which asks players not to try to load multiplayer data on Xbox.
Soon the investigation will be complete and the development team will fix the issue, but we don’t have any idea when this process will last. So we suggest you do not load multiplayer data on Xbox.
