How the Divination Works:
Ask a Question: Choose a question you’d like to ask Citlali, and she will provide a divination result.
Claim Your Rewards: After the divination, you’ll receive rewards including Primogems and Ascension Materials directly through in-game mail.

Log in via HoYoverse Account: Ensure that you log in using your HoYoverse account to participate. This guarantees that your rewards will be delivered correctly.
Claim the Wallpaper Before Time Runs Out: The exclusive wallpaper is only available during the event, so be sure to claim it before the event ends on December 31, 2024.
Mail Expiration: After completing the divination, your rewards will be sent to you via in-game mail. Be sure to claim them before the mail expires in 30 days.
