Battlefield 6 Reveals Packed Season 3 Roadmap – New Maps, Modes, and Weapons

Phase 1 – Warlords Supremacy (May 12)

The season opens with the return of a fan‑favorite map: Railway to Golmud. This classic Battlefield location has been heavily upgraded with expanded airspace, a redesigned village area, a new construction site, and multiple visual and gameplay improvements. Alongside the map, players can jump into Ranked Battle Royale for the first time. New weapons arriving in this phase include the M16A4, RPK‑74M, and L115, adding fresh options to the arsenal.

Phase 2 – Brace for Blastpoint (June 9)

The second phase introduces a brand‑new map called Cairo Bazaar, inspired by the classic Grand Bazaar from Battlefield 4. This map focuses on close‑quarters combat, with crowded streets and narrow alleyways. The beloved Obliteration mode makes its return, challenging players to plant bombs on enemy objectives. Additionally, a new REDSEC event called Explosive Charge debuts, along with the PP‑19 submachine gun and the Handheld Jammer gadget for disrupting enemy electronics.

Phase 3 – High-Value Target (June 30)

The season finale brings Tactical Obliteration – a casual battle royale playlist designed for more relaxed competitive play. A new REDSEC event, Wet Work, also launches. This phase aims to keep players engaged through the summer while setting the stage for Season 4.
