Battlefield 6 Claim Your Free Twitch Drops
The day has finally arrived. Battlefield 6 is now available worldwide, bringing its acclaimed large-scale warfare to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. To mark its highly anticipated release, developers are offering players a way to customize their soldier, weapons, and vehicles with free exclusive items, but the opportunity is only available for a limited time.
Throughout the game’s launch week, players can earn four distinct cosmetic items by watching their favorite streamers play Battlefield 6 on Twitch. This initiative, known as Twitch Drops, rewards viewers for their engagement with free in-game content.
To claim these rewards, players must first ensure their EA account is linked to their Twitch account. Once connected, simply tune into any participating Battlefield 6 stream on Twitch. The rewards will unlock after accumulating a specific amount of watch time, and each one must be manually claimed from the “Drops Inventory” page on Twitch before it can be used in the game.
The available rewards and their requirements are straightforward. By watching one hour of streams, players can earn the “Called Shotgun” Dog Tag. Tuning in for two hours unlocks the “Cyber War” Weapon Package, and after three total hours of watch time, the “Green Falcon” Vehicle Skin is yours.
A fourth item, the “Versatile” Soldier Skin, is obtained differently by subscribing to or gifting a subscription to a streamer who has Drops enabled.
This celebratory event is time-sensitive. The window to earn these free items began with the game’s launch on October 10 and will close just one week later on October 17. After this date, the chance to claim these specific cosmetics will be gone.
