Teyvat’s Special Delivery Event
Genshin Teyvat’s Special Delivery Event starts on 27th September and ends on 7th October to take part in the event player or Traveler’s adventure level should be 10 or above to take participate in the event.
Event Description
You can obtain packages by completing missions and choosing the corresponding recipient to deliver the packages to different areas. When delivering the packages, you will also receive some gifts from the recipient. Complete all the package deliveries to unlock your anniversary gifts, which include Primogems x40 and an exclusive 4th Anniversary recipe!
Obtain Packages
1. There are a total of 6 packages that need to be delivered to different regions, with each region receiving only one package.
2. You can obtain packages by completing the following missions: perform corresponding actions in Genshin Impact, such as logging in to Genshin Impact daily, and claiming Commission Rewards. etc.. or outside the game by watching the Natlan trailer, visiting the official social media account, etc.
- Packages obtained from completing missions need to be collected manually on the event page. Packages obtained through daily missions that have not been collected will also be reset when daily missions are refreshed the next day, so remember to collect them!
- Daily Missions will reset daily at 04:00. If you try to visit the event around this time, they may encounter a brief network error. Please refresh the page if you encounter this error.
- After completing the package deliveries for all regions, you can continue to complete missions and still receive packages, but you will no longer be able to make additional deliveries.

Deliver Packages
1. After obtaining a package, you can click on any region to make a delivery. Based on the recipient information on the delivery order, select the correct recipient to start the delivery.
2. After delivering the package, you will receive gifts from the recipient.
3. After completing all the package deliveries, you will also receive a mysterious package and anniversary cards. Share an anniversary card of your choice to obtain Mora x20,000.
- If the recipient is selected incorrectly, the system will provide a prompt, and you can choose again.
- Each region can only receive one package delivery.
- The number of packages available for delivery will be automatically deducted once the delivery has begun. You can enter the delivery region repeatedly until the package is delivered.
Event Rewards
The first time you deliver a package to each region, you will receive in-game item rewards.
Rewards include Primogems x40, 4th Anniversary event-exclusive recipe “Delights of Wondrous Wanderings” x1, Mystic Enhancement Ore x5, Hero’s Wit x3, Sanctifying Unction x3, Candied Ajilenakh Nut x1, Rainbow Macarons x1, Sprayfeather Gill ×3, and Mora ×20,000.
- The 4th Anniversary event-exclusive recipe “Delights of Wondrous Wanderings” can only be obtained through this web event and is not available through any other means.
- The in-game rewards will be distributed via in-game mail. The mail will expire after 30 days, so don’t forget to claim the rewards in time.
