Genshin Impact New Characters for Version 6.3
The world of Teyvat is set to expand once again, with new leaks pointing to a major character update in early 2026. According to reliable sources within the Genshin Impact community, Version 6.3 will introduce three new playable characters, headlined by one of the most anticipated figures in the game’s lore.
The star of the update is expected to be Columbina, the mysterious “Moon Maiden” and former Fatui Harbinger. Leaks suggest she will be a 5-Star Hydro Catalyst user, designed to be a dedicated support character who significantly empowers the new Lunar Reactions introduced in the Nod-Krai region. Her damage output is rumored to be comparable to powerhouse characters like Furina, making her a potential must-have for team compositions focused on the new elemental system.
She will be joined by two new Geo characters, seemingly forming a new synergistic team. The second 5-Star is Zibai, who is believed to be the human form of the rumored Adeptus, the Celadon Mare. Leaked as a Geo Sword user, Zibai is described as a “hypercarry” designed to deal massive damage through the Lunar-Crystallize reaction, likely working in perfect harmony with Columbina’s support capabilities.
Rounding out the trio is Illuga, a 4-Star Geo Polearm user. Previously mentioned in the Version 6.1 Archon Quest as a member of the Lightkeepers, Illuga’s kit is also expected to support the Lunar-Crystallize playstyle, making him a perfect and more accessible teammate for Zibai.
